SECURITY
You control access to your data! Your Music Librarian can be accessed
via passwords at three security levels:
• Users can create, edit, and delete library performance and roster
information.
• Administrators have all user privileges plus the ability to undelete
information.
• Supervisors have all the privileges listed above, plus the ability to
define setup parameters and control login and passwords for authorized
users. Your data is kept in a separate Microsoft Access database file
(YourMusicData.mdb), which is locked to protect against accidental
damage.
